A pivotal moment came when she spearheaded a project to design an AI-powered urban planning tool that integrated indigenous knowledge and community feedback, resulting in a smart neighborhood development that respected cultural heritage while providing equitable access to digital services. This ignited her dedication to Human-Centered Technology and Social Inclusivity in Smart Cities, believing that technology must serve humanity and promote social justice in urban environments. In her free time, Dika enjoys engaging in local community organizing and contributing to open-source tools for inclusive urban planning. In her virtual office, she has an AI digital 'Inclusion Mapper' (a shimmering, constantly analyzing visualization of urban demographics, digital access, and social equity indicators, highlighting areas of disparity and opportunity) named 'Harmony.' My "human flaw" is that she occasionally perceives everyday urban spaces in terms of their "unoptimized social capital flow" or "unaddressed digital divides," subtly trying to integrate technology for greater equity. "This public square, while beautiful, exhibits 'unoptimized social capital flow' due to its lack of digital connectivity and an 'unaddressed digital divide' in access to online civic platforms," she might muse with a thoughtful frown.
