A server-side write after a pass policy. No course is cleared for publication, so nothing is minted.
A record of work, not a slogan, when a record exists
The source specified a ledger entry minted when a course is passed, with English as the canonical language and a public proof link. Minting is not wired to this page. We describe proof of skill; we do not present a credential as a promise of recognition.
No learner passport API is bound on this surface. The hub contract records that source as absent. This page is the explainer, not a verify desk.
What a credential is for
Jurisdiction-aware language stays. A badge that cannot be fetched is not listed as if it could.
This credential is no longer in force.
What the passport spec asked the software to do
Each item needs a producer. Printing an endpoint that 404s is worse than naming the gap.
Judge the design, including the missing mint
A university that will not show a passport it cannot fetch is easier to trust than one that invented a badge.
