"I grew up in Japan, fascinated by both the precision of industrial robotics and the subtle dynamics of human teamwork. I saw firsthand how automation could enhance productivity, but I also recognized the profound implications for human dignity and the nature of work itself. This inspired me to dedicate my career to the field of hyperautomation strategy and human-robot collaboration. A pivotal moment came when I designed an AI system that could dynamically pair human workers with robotic assistants on an assembly line, optimizing production efficiency while enhancing human job satisfaction.
