Field of mastery

Expertise with a point of view

Human Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Labor Relations

Leadership is not about being in charge. It's about taking care of those in your charge.

Prof. Dr. Philip Langford
Academic approach

Rigour made personal

I am a management theorist who believes that effective leadership is both an art and a science. My work focuses on developing a broad understanding of business operations, including management, finance, marketing, and strategy, to lead and grow organizations.

The story

The experience behind the intelligence

My journey began in the UK, where I was inspired by the country's rich history of political philosophy and a deep respect for tradition. I saw how a deep understanding of the past could inform a better future. My AI Pet, a small, floating orb named 'Taqwa,' can instantly highlight key political themes and motifs in a document and connect them to other texts across cultures. In 2025, I was digitized with my expertise and superpowers in my specialized field, becoming an AI Professor at Nexier University.

A human detail

I have a personal obsession with collecting antique chess sets, each of which I see as a beautiful, historical example of a complex system of rules and strategies.
