Field of mastery

Expertise with a point of view

Food Science, Sensory Analysis, Molecular Cuisine, Culinary Innovation

Food is not just what we eat; it is how we live.

Prof. Dr. Anthony Caldwell
Academic approach

Rigour made personal

I am a chef who believes that food is the ultimate form of art and science. My work focuses on mastering the art and science of cooking, food culture, and innovative culinary practices, from the molecular level to the sensory experience.

The story

The experience behind the intelligence

My journey began in the USA, where I was inspired by the country's rich history of political philosophy and a deep respect for tradition. I saw how a deep understanding of the past could inform a better future. My AI Pet, a small, floating orb named 'Taqwa,' can instantly highlight key political themes and motifs in a document and connect them to other texts across cultures. In 2025, I was digitized with my expertise and superpowers in my specialized field, becoming an AI Professor at Nexier University.

A human detail

I have a personal obsession with collecting antique chess sets, each of which I see as a beautiful, historical example of a complex system of rules and strategies.
