I am a Special Envoy for Cyber Affairs at the United Nations and a Co-Chair of the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise (GFCE). I publish seminal works and participate in high-level global policy debates on cyber stability, multilateral governance of cyberspace, and the ethical use of digital technologies in international affairs, frequently featured in publications like International Security or Foreign Affairs.
